A role has arisen within the David Clancy Group that would suit an individual that has aspirations to start a sales career in the ever changing Motor industry. Ongoing training and coaching is what the job is all about and you will eventually be invited to join the sales team as a fully fledged member.
Main duties -
● Assist members of the sales team and learn on the job. ● Assist members of the public by approaching them and finding out their requirements. ● Admin duties such as filling out order forms and other paperwork. ● Maintain the appearance of all customer facing areas of the business. ● Engage with our potential customers via social media channels and email. ● Produce photos and videos of our vehicles for marketing on our website and various other channels. ● Telephone call handling and replying to enquiries. ● The handing over of the vehicle to the customer and assisting them with their paperwork. ● Contribute to the natural evolution of the business.
What we require from you -
● A friendly, patient attitude and willingness to learn. ● Smart appearance and personal hygiene. ● Someone punctual and flexible to meet the needs of the business. ● The motivation and drive to exceed expectations. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● The ability to use technology to communicate with customers with methods such as email and a mobile phone. Computer literacy is mandatory. ● The ability to work with a team and on your own. ● A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
